Does it work with my POS?
With or without one. Shopify and Clover sync automatically: customers and purchases flow in on their own. Any other setup, or no POS at all, uses the built-in QR scanner or one-tap manual entry at the counter.
Stamp card or punch card: which one do I need?
A stamp card counts one thing (a visit, or a single product) and shows it as stamps that fill in on the pass. A punch card counts several products at once, each with its own number, under your own artwork. One bestseller, or a minimum spend per visit: stamp card. Several product lines: punch card. You pick during setup, and we can decide it together on the demo call.
Do my customers need to download an app?
No. Their card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, the app that is already on every phone. They scan a QR code once and the card is theirs.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes, Apple Wallet on iPhone, Google Wallet on Android. Same card, same rewards, both covered.
Do I need special hardware?
No. The scanner runs in the browser on the phone you already have. Nothing to buy, nothing to install at the counter.
What happens during the 10-minute demo?
